About The Position

Upcoming commercial renovation looking for onsite superintendent. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations on all construction related activities. In addition to field responsibilities, this position must represent the general contractor in a professional manner when dealing with site personnel and the project owner. The anticipated schedule for this project is 9 months.

Requirements

• Onsite superintendent experience
• Experience overseeing day-to-day operations on construction related activities
• Experience managing project schedules and performing daily look aheads
• Experience directing subcontractors and onsite vendors
• Experience scheduling and coordinating inspections
• Experience with daily documentation including photos and event reporting
• Experience with direct communication with project management
• Experience maintaining quality control for sub-contractors and onsite vendors
• Ability to represent the general contractor in a professional manner

Responsibilities
