About The Position

The Superintendent, Design-Build will supervise new and emerging construction projects throughout California. This role will be instrumental in executing projects that safely deliver on time and on budget with exceptional quality consistent with the Clark Pacific brand. • Prepare and maintain construction schedule.
• Identify and resolve constraints and issues.
• Order materials and schedule inspections.
• Understand all project plans and specifications.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized job site.

Responsibilities

• Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
• Advocate for safety-related preventative actions and coaching to facilitate a safe worksite for all persons, ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
• Promote and verify all employees and contractors adhere to the Company safety policy and standards.
• Lead people to create an efficient and effective workforce actively demonstrating the values of Clark Pacific.
• Lead quality; monitor all relevant quality metrics and initiate improvement actions as required.
• Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the projects on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship that conforms to all current plans and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain construction schedule; identify and resolve constraints and issues.
• Order materials and schedule inspections, as necessary, throughout the construction process.
• Understand all project plans and specifications.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders including clients, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and Clark Pacific employees.
• Maintain an organized job site, including the construction office.
• Other duties as assigned
