The Superintendent - Dry Utilities role involves effectively communicating between the M5 Project Management Team, Foreman, and Field Teams. This position will efficiently oversee multiple projects to assist in completing the scope of work within a given budget. Responsibilities include reviewing construction plans, communicating with Clients and Engineers to execute a set plan, creating productive construction timelines, and engaging in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of underground utility installation. The role also requires managing job costs, budget, schedule of values, and material invoice tracking to stay within the project's estimated Work In Progress budget. Maintaining an As Built construction set of plans using software like PlanGrid or Blue Beam, monitoring jobsites for quality and safety, and ensuring safe work practices are paramount. M5 requires all applicants to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
