About the role We are looking for a Superintendent, Crusher & Conveyor Maintenance to lead a team of Maintenance Supervisors and asset management professionals responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and efficient maintenance outcomes at Kennecott Copper near Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will provide leadership and direction for maintenance execution and asset management activities. Working closely with operational and technical stakeholders, you will help ensure our assets perform safely and efficiently while creating a positive and inclusive team culture where people can thrive. Reporting to the Maintenance leadership team and working within a collaborative, safety-focused environment, you will: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Supervisors and asset management professionals Execute maintenance strategies that improve asset reliability and operational performance Optimize the utilization of people, equipment, and maintenance resources Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling activities to support business objectives Manage maintenance budgets and operating plans while balancing cost, reliability, and availability targets Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards and processes Partner with operational, technical, and support teams to deliver integrated business outcomes Support workforce planning, capability development, and succession planning within the maintenance team.
