About The Position

In the role of Super User (Backflush), you will primarily support the Packaging Department but will provide support in other areas as business needs arise. This position reports to the Process Leader and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Mechanics and Electricians. Starting pay for this role is $26.39/hr.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work rotating and/or off-shifts
• Previous experience driving a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate a forklift
• Familiar with operating a computer
• You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking)
• As a condition of employment for this position, Molson Coors requires you to be at least 21 years of age or older on your start date

Responsibilities

• Train & develop other employees in both small & large group settings (this will include but not limited to – 1 on 1 training, delivering classroom training in front of large groups.
• Work with various Technicians to ensure knowledge is incorporated into procedures (this will include but not limited to – attending various line team meetings, job shadowing, communicating proposed changes & follow-up items to the team).
• Develop “best practices” into clearly understood resource documents. Take photos and develop visual aids where needed to enhance the clarity of the documentation.
