About The Position

Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues. Train team members on system functionalities. Trouble-shoot system-related issues. Lead day-to-day testing prioritization aligned with IT updates. Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system. Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team. Monitor JIRA for priority and at-risk testing. Assign and rebalance work across the team. Ensure clear understanding of testing scope and requirements. Serve as the main point of contact between the team and management. Proactively identify risks and escalate with context. Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years' advanced SAP experience.
  • Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse as needed.
  • The ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures.
