About The Position

National Dental Flushing is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial "Super GP" to join their thriving practice. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive care, place and restore implants, and expand clinical capabilities within a high-performing, modern 10-operatory multispecialty practice. The practice currently generates over $300,000 in monthly production and aims to grow towards $500,000 per month. The position involves a broad range of clinical work, from routine dentistry to complex restorative treatments, surgical procedures, and implant cases. Collaboration with an in-house periodontist is a key aspect of the role, providing opportunities for significant restorative work. The GP will be supported by a skilled Practice Manager and a dedicated front-office team proficient in treatment coordination, case presentation, and patient management.

Requirements

Confident, well-rounded GP.
Ability to connect with patients.
Proficiency in treatment planning.
Desire to practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level.
Willingness to place and restore implants.

Nice To Haves

Entrepreneurial mindset.
Interest in expanding clinical capabilities.
Experience with Straumann implants or willingness to undergo training.
Invisalign certification or willingness to obtain it.
Experience with Chinese-, Russian-, or Spanish-speaking communities.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive dental care.
Place and restore implants.
Perform bread-and-butter dentistry.
Conduct comprehensive restorative treatment.
