About The Position

The Sunquest Information System (LIS) Analyst supports application operations and enhancements in a healthcare environment. The role works with Accenture teams, the software vendor, client stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality application support. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert on application workflows and configurations, manages and prioritizes daily support and maintenance, and helps ensure system capabilities align with business needs. The position also supports teams working on other applications.

Requirements

At least one year of experience supporting Clinisys Sunquest LIS applications, including application management, day-to-day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams.
High school diploma or GED.

Experience with Roche Infinity.

Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations.
Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities, resolving incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
Liaise with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs.
Coordinate with offshore support teams through communication, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Maintain system documentation, including workflows, build specifications, and testing protocols.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on ongoing work, potential risks, and resource needs.
Support teams working on other applications.
