Summer Turn Assistant - University Village (Student Living)

The Summer Turn Assistant is responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in various administrative tasks or technical and mechanical work to ensure performance goals are met in preparation of apartment turn season.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks for the leasing office including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and other collateral materials.
- Assist with the lease preparation, move-in and move-out process by printing all required lease paperwork and organizing resident lease files.
- Perform on-campus marketing outreach to generate Community awareness and qualified traffic.
- Assist with resident functions, including parties, welcome parties, unit visits, and other programs to achieve resident satisfaction goals.
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
- Perform touch-up paints for vacants and occupied units and ensure apartment homes have been properly caulked and sealed as needed around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
