Responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in various administrative tasks or technical and mechanical work to ensure performance goals are met in preparation of apartment turn season. This role involves performing administrative tasks for the leasing office, including copying documents, filing resident files, preparing notices, handling resident calls, and organizing rent payments and other collateral materials. The assistant will also help with lease preparation, move-in and move-out processes by printing required paperwork and organizing resident lease files. On-campus marketing outreach is also a part of the role to generate community awareness and qualified traffic. Additionally, the position assists with resident functions such as parties, welcome events, and unit visits to achieve resident satisfaction goals. Maintenance duties include assisting in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage. The assistant will also perform touch-up paints for vacant and occupied units and ensure apartment homes are properly caulked and sealed around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
