About The Position
Hilltop Residential is seeking summer Maintenance help for their teams at University Village and University Townhomes. This temporary position is designed to assist the Maintenance teams during their 'Turn period' and offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in learning about general maintenance and property management. The employment period is from late June/early July until August 24th, with a required 6-day per week schedule.
Requirements
- Availability to work a 6-day per week schedule, including weekends during July - August 24th
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assist with furniture assembly
- Remove abandoned belongings from units
- Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter
- Assist with make readies equal to the standards set forth by Hilltop Residential
- Assist with building and common area cleanliness and general maintenance
