This is a part-time position at a retail store in Burlington, VT. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities also include truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The team member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and support shrink and safety programs. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interaction with others in an accepting and respectful manner, promoting a positive image and serving as a role model. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other duties as assigned.
