Requirements

  • Previous experience working with disadvantaged students
  • Bachelor’s degree and state of Mississippi certification

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • Serve participants in the summer program (virtual or face to face)
  • Provide supplemental and intensive learning to ETS Participants
  • Serve as learning advocates/resource brokers to participants
