About The Position

Weyerhaeuser is offering various Summer Student opportunities for the 2026 summer season at its Kenora operation. Positions are available in Production, Maintenance Support (Fire Watch), and Business Services. Students in Production will assist with mill operations through clean-up and general support. Maintenance Support students will primarily act as Fire Watch during pond work and other maintenance activities. Business Services students will provide administrative support to departments like Human Resources, Finance, Health & Safety, and Materials Management.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Successful completion of Grade 12 or GED equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to follow safe work practices and procedures
Able and willing to work the following work schedules: 12-hour rotation shift schedule and/or 8 ½ -hour shifts, Monday-Friday
Available for the entire contract
Enrolled in relevant post-secondary education (Evidence of enrollment must be provided)

Responsibilities
