Position: Summer Student – Production Worker (4‑Month Term)
Location: Truro, NS
Term: May 4 – August 28, 2026
Must be 18 years of age or older
Role Overview
We’re hiring energetic Summer Students to join our production team for a 4-month term. As a Production Worker, you’ll support our manufacturing operations by helping load production machines, assisting with loom operations, and ensuring smooth material flow. This role is ideal for students who are self‑motivated, able to perform physical work, and eager to learn.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old and returning to school in September.
• Physically able to lift materials and perform repetitive tasks.
• Energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn!
• Strong team-player mindset.
• Students must be able to commit to the required schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support production by loading machines and keeping up with material requirements.
• Assist with tie-ins and help keep looms running efficiently.
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Move materials between work areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
