About The Position
Friendly House, founded in 1920, aims to provide for the educational, social, and family betterment of Worcester residents. Originally a settlement house for immigrants, it now operates eight locations across Worcester, offering services in Youth Development, Housing/Shelter, Food Security, and Social Services. This role supports the Program Coordinator in delivering Youth Connect Worcester programming and will assume full supervisory responsibility for staff in the coordinator's absence.
Requirements
- 3+ years working with youth from diverse backgrounds
- Valid driver's license required

- Some college preferred
- Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities
- Support activity design and delivery
- Directly supervise and coach part-time staff
- Assist with data collection and attendance tracking
- Complete incident/accident reports
- Attend weekly leadership meetings
