About The Position

Culver Summer School & Camps (CSSC) is a unique program set on a 1,800-acre campus on Lake Maxinkuckee, Indiana. Each summer, it hosts nearly 1,400 young people aged 7-17 from around the world, fostering self-esteem, accomplishment, and self-discipline in a high-challenge, high-support environment focused on leadership skills. CSSC employs 450 professionals annually with a 65% staff retention rate, offering meaningful connections and the chance to make a positive impact on children's lives.
