About The Position

This role provides general administrative assistance for an extended year summer school program. The secretary will perform a wide variety of clerical and secretarial duties to support the Principal and Assistant Principal or Direct Administrative Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Evidence of ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
  • Minimum of high school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative assistance.
  • Perform a wide variety of clerical and secretarial work.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate professionally via telephone, email, and onsite visits.
  • Complete any general administrative support duty as required by administrators.
