About The Position
The mission of Guadalupe Centers is to improve the condition and quality of life for individuals and families in our community through a broad range of health and social services, educational programs, and advocacy. As our Assistant Site Coordinator, you won’t just be running a program; you’ll be the heartbeat of our summer site. We are looking for a high-energy communicator to mentor staff, engage families, and ensure every student feels safe, seen, and supported. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1+ year in youth, family, or community programs, or 2+ years in youth/family services, community organizing, or program development.
- Experience working effectively with culturally diverse communities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, fiscal reporting, email, and internet applications.
- Local travel required; valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
- Valid identification required.
- Must pass background checks and drug screens.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
