About The Position
Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking motivated college students for a Summer Sales Representative position. This role offers the opportunity to learn a proven sales system, earn significant income, and develop valuable skills for future success. Top performers can earn between $15,000 and $50,000+ in a single summer. The company operates across Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, specializing in home restoration and protection. This is a door-to-door sales role focused on connecting with homeowners in neighborhoods. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. An optional RISE Leadership Program is available for those interested in further personal and leadership development.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Knock doors and start conversations
- Identify potential roof or exterior damage
- Schedule free inspections
