About The Position
Insurance Restoration Sales Representative (Roofing) – $100K–$200K+ Iowa City, IA | Waddle Exteriors High-Volume Storm Market | Company Vehicle | Uncapped Earnings If you've built your book on insurance claims and know how to work a storm-you'll do very well here. Waddle Exteriors is actively hiring a proven Insurance Restoration Sales Rep to take over a strong pipeline in the Iowa City market. This is not a starter role-we're looking for someone who already knows how to generate, manage, and close insurance roofing deals at scale.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in roofing or exterior sales
- Proven production: $1M+ in insurance restoration sales (last 12 months)
- Strong understanding of claims process, adjuster meetings, and supplements
- Comfortable working storm markets and building your own pipeline
- Clean driving record + valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Run and close insurance restoration roofing claims
- Generate business through canvassing, referrals, and storm response
- Inspect roofs, identify damage, and guide homeowners through claims
- Manage projects from signed contract through completion
- Work closely with production to ensure clean execution
