About The Position
Pyramid Management Group, LLC, headquartered in Syracuse, NY, is the largest privately held developer, owner and manager of retail shopping centers in the Northeast. We are an entrepreneurial, forward thinking organization and a top tier company in our field. We are looking for motivated individuals for our 2027 Summer Internship Program. Leasing (2 – 4 interns)
Requirements
- Outstanding professional appearance and manner, with great people skills.
- Outgoing, competitive, analytical, self-motivated, well organized, and highly energetic.
- Exceptional verbal and accurate written communication skills.
- Nearing completion of a bachelor's degree in business administration or related.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assistance to our sales team, including the research and creation of market studies, retail market analysis, competitor retailer information, site feasibility studies, and presentations.
- Provide detailed activity reports.
- Attend meetings with prospective tenants.
