About The Position
We seek individuals for a rotational opportunity as a Co-Op. This opportunity includes rotation over 2-3 semesters in the areas of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Elastomers. The position will start work full time during the Spring semester 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to gain understanding in multiple areas of engineering.
Requirements
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Sophomore status

- Ideal for IET/MET/DET students
Responsibilities
- Learn time studies for machining/packaging
- Work with shop floor employees to resolve engineering or safety related issues
- Assist with equipment/process troubleshooting
- Work with CNC program control files
- Assist with upgrade of computerized maintenance management systems
- Complete Operator Detail Sheets (ODS), FEMA's, Control Plans and 8D corrective actions
