The Morning Academics Teacher is responsible for leading a well-rounded academic enrichment classroom during the morning portion of the Convent & Stuart Hall Summer Program. The Morning Academics program is designed to help students maintain and strengthen core academic skills over the summer while building confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm for learning in a supportive and engaging environment. Teachers are asked to review key concepts from students’ previous grade level while also previewing foundational skills and concepts from the upcoming grade. Instruction should include a balanced combination of reading, writing, and math through interactive, age-appropriate lessons and activities. The ideal candidate is an organized, warm, and flexible educator who can create a structured classroom environment while making summer learning engaging and enjoyable.
