About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Producer Intern to join our content team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience working alongside Executive Producers and Senior Producers on daily network programming, while also contributing to digital content initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong interest in broadcast production, journalism, or digital media
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with current events and storytelling for TV and digital platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive and Senior Producers with the development and execution of daily network shows
• Support show production, including research, scripting, and segment development
• Respond quickly to breaking news and weather situations, contributing to the news team's coverage.
• Help identify and source compelling video content for broadcast and digital platforms
• Write and edit scripts for television and digital use
• Participate in control room operations and gain exposure to live production workflows
• Collaborate with team members to support content across multiple platforms
