Summer Nurse (LPN/RN)
About The Position
Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) offers a wide range of summer programs focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) for students in grades 6-12. Our summer academic programs bring nearly 1,000 students to campus. Programs are one to four weeks in length, both day and residential. The Office of Pre-collegiate Outreach Programs is seeking to hire nurses to deliver health care for summer academic programs with participants in grades 6-12. Nurses work autonomously, staffing the Summer Nurse Office and providing care as needed. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 6-8 weeks, not a full-time yearly position.
