About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a SUMMER Merchandiser in Sheridan, Wyoming. This role involves displaying beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and the sales floor of retail stores. The merchandiser will arrange products according to a plan, place price and descriptive signs, transfer product from stock rooms to floor displays to manage 'Sell By' dates and optimize stock, and order product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks. The position requires effective daily communication with key store personnel regarding service or product needs and constructing display aids from company-provided Point of Sale (POS) materials. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors. Admiral Beverage produces and distributes a wide range of beverages and aims to be a strategic business partner in the communities it serves, with a business footprint across the Mountain-West states and Alaska.

Requirements

Ability to arrange products according to a plan or management-approved ideas.
Ability to place price and descriptive signs.
Ability to transfer product from stock rooms to floor displays.
Ability to order product for assigned accounts.
Ability to communicate effectively daily with key store personnel.
Ability to construct or assemble display aids from POS materials.

Responsibilities

Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store.
Arranges products according to prearranged plan or own ideas approved by management.
Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
Transfers product from customer stock room to floor displays to comply with "Sell By" dates, maximize product in store and minimize product in stock room.
Orders product for assigned accounts in accordance with established procedures to ensure no out-of-stocks conditions.
Originates display ideas or follows suggestions or schedule of Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
Communicate effectively daily with key store personnel on any service or product needs.
Constructs or assembles display aids from company provided Point of Sale (POS) materials.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
