Summer Leadership Program 2026 (Idaho)
About The Position
The Summer Leadership Program is an exciting 2-day experience that gives high achieving students an inside look at public accounting and the Eide Bailly experience. Participants will learn about working at Eide Bailly, the services offered, and the industries served. The program includes activities designed to build professional skillsets and provide a competitive edge for careers in public accounting. Activities include networking with Eide Bailly professionals and other students, deep dives into Assurance & Tax, team building events with Eide Bailly Staff and Partners, a community service activity, and an inside look at upcoming internship opportunities.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a degree in Accounting.
- Strong interest in a career in public accounting.
- Graduating May 2026 – December 2029.
- Demonstrate academic performance.
- Possess interpersonal skills.
- Showcase extracurricular activities, work experience, or other involvement.
- Express interest in Eide Bailly's culture.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Participate in networking events with Eide Bailly professionals and other students.
- Engage in deep dives into Assurance & Tax.
- Participate in team building events with Eide Bailly Staff and Partners.
- Engage in a community service activity.
- Gain an inside look at upcoming internship opportunities with Eide Bailly.
