About The Position

RGCO invites motivated accounting students to participate in our Summer Leadership Experience, a one-week paid program designed to help future professionals explore careers in public accounting while developing valuable leadership and professional skills. This immersive experience provides early exposure to audit, tax, advisory services, firm leadership, and RGCO's collaborative culture. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with professionals across multiple levels of the organization while building relationships that can lead to future internship and career opportunities.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
Entering their junior or senior year of college.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.
Show initiative, professionalism, and leadership potential.
Have an interest in pursuing CPA licensure.
Open to building their career in the Tampa Bay area following graduation.

Responsibilities
