Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Currently enrolled in college or enrolled for the upcoming Fall semester.
Able to pass a routine physical examination.
Able to work different extended hours, holidays, and/or overtime as required.
Speak, read, write, and understand English.
Ability to work independently, without constant supervision.
Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions.
In good physical condition, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., sit and stand for extended periods of time, kneel, climb ladders, and walk on mixed terrain and in confined spaces.
Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Serve as a role model in leadership, teamwork, customer focus, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental stewardship.
Perform housekeeping duties in the plant to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate and maintain various hand tools and mobile equipment, such as Skid loaders or Vacuum Trucks, safely and proficiently.
Operate a weed eater, pressure washer, or high-pressure air hose.
