Summer Laborer Seasonal
About The Position
Support the Department of Public Works complete seasonal operation and maintenance work. This position is required to perform all tasks assigned including, but not limited to, park and field mowing, string trimming, landscaping, leaf collection, and debris clean up. Perform laborer’s duties to complete all tasks assigned. Operate safely any vehicles or equipment assigned under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, and the immediate supervision of the Division Superintendent. Report any problem encountered while operating any Town vehicle or equipment. Perform all additional work as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening.
- Provide appropriate documentation to verify your authorization to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Background in use of light equipment operation preferred.
