Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of training evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize training programs and workshops.
Develop curriculum and learning materials for various courses.
Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations.
Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide guidance and support to participants during training.
