About The Position

This role involves planning, organizing, and facilitating training programs and workshops. The coach will be responsible for developing curriculum and learning materials, delivering engaging presentations, and assessing the effectiveness of training programs. Guidance and support will be provided to participants, and collaboration with subject matter experts is expected to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Maintaining training records and participant feedback is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of training evaluation methods.
