About The Position
This role involves coaching a Summer Academy program, focusing on sports expertise, leadership, and adaptability when working with children. The coach will be responsible for planning and organizing training programs, facilitating sessions, and ensuring the safety of all participants. Strong communication and teaching skills are essential to effectively instruct children in sports, explain rules, demonstrate techniques, and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of training evaluation methods.

- Strong understanding of various sports and physical activities.
- Patience and adaptability when working with children of different ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize training programs and workshops.
- Participate in developing curriculum and learning materials for various courses.
- Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging presentations.
- Inspire and motivate kids to participate in and enjoy physical activities.
- Lead by example, encourage teamwork, and foster a positive energetic environment.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training.
- Adapt instruction to individual needs, ensuring every child is engaged and having fun.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during physical activities.
- Be well-versed in safety protocols, injury prevention, and emergency management.
- Clearly and effectively communicate rules, demonstrate techniques, and provide constructive feedback.
