The Supply Chain organization is dynamic and expanding, offering opportunities for skill development and advancement in areas such as distribution, manufacturing, engineering, transportation, finance, and human resources. Their operation includes over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain, extensive distribution and manufacturing facilities, a dedicated Transportation Department, and global sourcing offices. The internship is a paid, 10-week program designed to immerse interns in day-to-day operations and special projects within Distribution Centers. Interns will contribute to improving operational quality and efficiencies by developing and enhancing current processes. Their work will be highly visible to leadership and have a direct impact on the organization. Typical assignments cover areas like Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Transportation, Engineering, Finance, Safety, and Manufacturing. The program aims to prepare interns for successful careers in Supply Chain Management & Operations through exposure to best practices, leadership meetings, floor observations, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on capstone projects. Interns will also analyze productivity, develop reporting, and identify efficiency improvements. Successful interns may have the opportunity for full-time positions post-internship. The internship positions are located across various sites nationwide.
