About The Position

As an intern at PlanMember, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our organization. This internship program is designed to provide you with valuable insights, and a chance to develop essential skills that will benefit your future career. You will work closely with our team(s), learn from experienced professionals, and be exposed to various aspects of our industry. Generally beginning the 2nd week of June till the 1st or 2nd week of August.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program
  • Have a comfortable working knowledge of Microsoft office/suite (Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering data, and providing administrative support.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to problem-solving initiatives by offering fresh perspectives and creative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to your projects and tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on your project’s findings or related topics.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by your supervisor/manager.
  • Depending on the department assigned, tasks may include support in Service Center, Operations, IT, Compliance, Sales, Investments, Marketing, Finance, or Human Resources/Facilities.
  • Depending on the department assigned, this position could be deemed an “Essential Staff” position for the purpose of our Business Continuity Plan "BCP". This distinction means you are expected to be fully prepared to perform essential functions of your job remotely as deemed applicable and necessary by your manager and the Company upon declaration of a BCP event.
