About The Position

Discover what it’s like to be part of the world's largest privately held commercial insurance brokerage – all while gaining meaningful experience to help launch your career. You'll be embedded within a Lockton account team on either the risk management or employee benefits side of the business, gaining firsthand insight into how commercial insurance accounts are managed. Interns will support the day-to-day activities that help deliver exceptional services to learn how Lockton develops tailored risk and insurance solutions. In groups of 5-7 interns, you'll tackle a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry. You'll present your findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership at the end of the program. You’ll explore different specialty areas of our business through weeklong case studies and work directly with leaders to solve client issues, while gaining exposure to potential career paths within Lockton and the industry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college students scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028
• Experience working in customer service and project management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
