About The Position
Our Summer 2027 Internship Program in Wichita, Kansas is designed for ambitious students who want hands-on experience in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Interns will have the opportunity to build professional skills, expand their network, and gain exposure to the banking industry while working on projects that support key business initiatives. Internships are focused on those students who are pursuing a degree in one of the following areas: Finance, Marketing, Credit, Human Resources/Talent Development, Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, Risk/Compliance, Information Technology.
Requirements
- Current college student entering their Junior or Senior year
- Willing to relocate to Wichita, Kansas for the duration of this internship
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, Marketing or Information Technology from an accredited college or university
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
