About The Position

Looking to launch your career in Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, or other areas of The Bank? Spend your summer with The National Bank of Indianapolis through our signature Banking Futures Program, an immersive experience designed to prepare the next generation of financial leaders. This isn’t a “coffee run” internship. You’ll tackle real challenges, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain the kind of inside access that sets you apart when it’s time to start your career.

Requirements

Rising Junior or Senior in 2027
Interest in Banking, Wealth Management, Finance, or related fields (through your classes, experience, or campus involvement)
Data-driven with a passion for building relationships
Pride in accuracy and attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator
Skilled at staying organized, managing your time
Comfortable with autonomy, but also energized by being part of a team

Responsibilities

Make your mark on real projects, both individual and team-based, that have meaningful impact.
Hear directly from leaders about how various parts of the Bank fuel growth, strategy, and client success.
Spend a day volunteering with a local nonprofit.
Connect with peers, employees, and leaders across the Bank through socials, events, and professional development sessions.
Showcase your skills and growth by presenting your final project to NBofI leadership at the close of the program.
