Forza Group is a fast-growing mid-size General Contractor specializing in high-quality, high-performance projects across the Southeast. Our Summer Internship Program is designed to give students real responsibility, real experience, and a real path to a full-time role.

Requirements

• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related majors
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to learn
• Interest in a career in construction project management

Responsibilities

• Daily site walks, safety, logistics, trade coordination
• RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking
• Quantity takeoffs, bid tabs, scope reviews
• Create short-interval lookaheads and mini-CPM schedules
• Present a real project solution to leadership
