2027 Summer Internship

Hitchiner•Milford, NH

About The Position

Our Summer Internship Program gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while contributing to meaningful business and technical work. Each intern is placed within a department or functional area and assigned a summer-long project tied to a real business need. Throughout the internship, interns work with employees and leaders in their assigned area, build practical experience, and learn how their function contributes to the broader organization. At the end of the summer, interns present their project, findings, and recommendations to company leaders and other stakeholders. Our internship program also serves as an important talent pipeline for future opportunities, including our CAST Engineering Program and MELT Operations Development Program.
