About The Position

Western Alliance Bank’s Summer Internship Program provides undergraduate students with real-world experience in a professional, collaborative banking environment. Interns work on challenging projects in their area of study, alongside experienced professionals, with support from a mentor. The paid program lasts 10 weeks and runs from June through August, with flexible dates available based on school schedules. It includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. High-performing interns who demonstrate the company’s values may be considered for employment opportunities. This position is located in Dallas/Irving, Texas, and is focused on Platform Engineering.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a related field of study.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
• Interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship and assistance with other immigration sponsorship or benefits are not available.
