The Arden Trust Internship Program provides students with hands-on experience in financial services and wealth management. Interns contribute to real projects, develop skills, build professional relationships, and learn about the day-to-day work supporting clients and the business. The collaborative environment encourages curiosity, initiative, and fresh ideas. Assignments may vary according to business needs, academic background, interests, and experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; preference is given to juniors and seniors.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working with data and interpreting numerical information.
• Client-service mindset and desire to deliver high-quality work.
• Interest in financial services, wealth management, trust services, or related fields.
