About The Position

Arden Trust, part of Kestra Holdings, provides personal trust services intended to support families and preserve relationships across generations. Its mission is to help advisors meet their investing clients’ vision and needs, and its advisor-focused culture emphasizes innovation and advocacy.

The Arden Trust Internship Program gives students hands-on experience in financial services and wealth management. Interns contribute to projects, develop skills, build professional relationships, and learn about the work that supports clients and the business. Assignments may vary according to business needs, academic background, interests, and experience. The program also offers professional development and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; preference is given to juniors and seniors.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working with data and interpreting numerical information.
• Client-service mindset and desire to deliver high-quality work.
• Interest in financial services, wealth management, trust services, or related fields.
