About The Position

MPS's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week experience designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Throughout the summer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and project execution within a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Safety Intern, you'll gain exposure to health, safety, and environmental programs that help protect our employees, clients, and communities. Working closely with HSE Specialists and project teams, you'll apply classroom learning in a fast-paced construction environment while developing the foundation for a career in construction safety.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or closely related discipline, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
Rising junior or rising senior status strongly preferred.
Ability to spend significant time on active project sites (approximately 80%).

Prior construction or safety‑related internship experience is a plus, but not required.
