2027 Summer Internship - Procurement (Texas)
About The Position
MPS's Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week experience designed for students who are ready to take the next step in their professional journey. Throughout the summer, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain valuable exposure to engineering, manufacturing, and project execution within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You'll gain exposure to the design, manufacturing, and delivery of modular power solutions while working alongside experienced professionals across areas such as: Engineering Design, Product Development, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Project Management, Supply Chain. Apply classroom learning while exploring career paths and taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside industry leaders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or closely related discipline, with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, logistics, and construction operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other business technologies
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship experience in procurement/supply chain management a plus
