About The Position

Higginbotham is seeking motivated college students for its Summer Internship Program - Class of 2027. This is a ten-week, part-time (<30 hrs./wk.) program offering in-person opportunities across various locations. The program is designed for students in their sophomore or junior year interested in gaining hands-on experience in Business Insurance, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, and Human Resources. Interns will work alongside professionals, contribute to projects, and learn about the insurance and financial services industry. The program aims to help interns develop professional skills, build networks, and explore career paths. Participants may also be eligible for scholarship nominations.

Requirements

  • Currently in sophomore or junior year of college.
  • Motivated to learn, contribute, build relationships, and gain professional experience.

  • Interested in gaining hands-on experience with Business Insurance, Employee Benefits, Risk Management, and Human Resources teams.
  • Risk Management and Human Resources internship opportunities are only available in our Fort Worth locations.
