About The Position

Looking to gain real, hands-on experience in financial services? Join our Internship Program and work alongside professionals in a fast-paced, regulated environment where your contributions matter. We are seeking motivated interns to support one of the following areas: Loan Servicing / Consumer Lending: Support the loan lifecycle through records management, compliance-driven processes, and operational reporting while building accuracy and attention to detail. Operations & Quality Assurance: Gain exposure to day-to-day operations, compliance, and quality assurance through testing, procedure reviews, and process improvement. Digital Services: Learn digital banking operations, including testing, data-driven decision-making, UX fundamentals, and exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Marketing: Assist with campaign development, digital marketing, social media, and content creation while collaborating with creative teams. Human Resources: Assist with recruiting, maintaining employee files and HR documentation, supporting onboarding and new hire processes, internal communications, and day-to-day HR tasks.

Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Interest in financial services, operations, tech, or marketing
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
