About The Position

This internship focuses on operations, involving data analysis, reporting, documentation, and system integration. Interns will gain hands-on experience with databases, reporting tools, and IT workflows, along with professional mentorship.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED—Required
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026.)
  • Database Management and information system
  • Excel, Power BI
  • ERP or business systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus)
  • Information Technology or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP or business systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support creation and maintenance of reports or dashboards using Power BI, or Excel.
  • Own regular updates and data visualization tasks.
  • Create documentation for database processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Suggest improvements for workflow efficiency or data quality.
  • Assist in integrating databases with other business systems.
