About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting system monitoring, issue resolution, and creating analytical reports. The intern will also be involved in process documentation and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, there's an opportunity to develop a tool for system or application improvement and create Power BI dashboards for data visualization.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must commit to the full duration of the internship (June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Programming languages: Python, Java, or C#
  • Database systems (SQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Information Technology
  • Time management and organization

Nice To Haves

  • Develop a small automation tool to improve an internal process.
  • Create Power BI dashboards for system or business data.

Responsibilities
